recruiting a Packaging Director to join the site leadership team and
lead and manage the Packaging group.
Main Accountabilities include
?
* Strategic site leadership to ensure strategic Supply Chain and
Production goals are met and growing and enabling the team to become
an empowered and high performing group
?
* Leading the Packaging operation ensuring compliance with GMP and
quality projects
?
* Developing the Packaging Strategy to meet Business Growth including
capacity management,
?
* Overseeing all Packaging related Projects
The ideal profile will include
?
* Proven experience in Packaging combined with leadership experience
and an ability to deliver change and transformation
?
* Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed communication
ability
?
* Previous CI and Lean experience
?
